Roundhouse

Set high on the slopes of Hawai‘i Island, the Roundhouse is a striking example of modern architecture embedded in the natural landscape. Designed by Craig Steely and brought to life by our construction team, the home’s bold circular form and sculptural geometry demanded precise execution and deep collaboration throughout the build process. Our team coordinated closely with the design vision to ensure every element, from the complex steel framing to the custom interior finishes, met the highest standards of craftsmanship.
